The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan to revise the Drug Rebate Agreement document and to add the Amendment 1 document between the state and drug manufacturers for drugs provided to the Kansas State Medicaid population.

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2021.
